THEY KEEP CALLING MY JOB AND I JUST GOT A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT I DO NOT OWE. I HAVE ASK THEM NOT TO CALL AND THEY KEEP CALLING I TOLD THEM I COULD LOSE MY JOB IF THEY DONT STOP.

Caller called andsaid he wanted $50,000 from me. He said that he had my SSN number and my Bank information. He also calld a bitch and said some other profanity to me.

When I called back to see who had called, I received a rapid busy dial tone.

Called for an employee, said he was with Potter County Investigation Ddepartment. Said it is urgent to speak with her. Said he would take further action if needed. Lots of background noise, other scammers talking to other callers that I could hear giving the same lines to. I could tell this was a sweatshop type operation. He said the above number was only number he could be reached at. Most local county offices don't have Toll-free numbers they have a local number. When you call the number back, they answer the call as Interchex Company.

as soon as answered, a long loud beep came from the other end. Instead of hanging up, I waited for the tone to end. It went for 27 seconds and then the other line hung up.

Caller never announces who they are or whose behalf they are calling. Advises Master Card account has been 'stopped' and to press 1 to reactivate. After pressing 1, recording will request to press '1' to confirm or '2' to delete. I pressed to and the recording will just repeat. Notified my back who advised no such call came from them.

This person called with an indosian accent and threated me that there was legal action against my name and SS#. told me if I did not call back that the consequences would be dreadful

People have been calling me constantly leaving harrasing messages and have even called my work telling them there are serious legal actions against me unless i called back. I answered today and I told them it was illegal to harrass me with a lawsuit. he got angry and asked if i was going to pay the debt or not and I just told him he can not call again. This is getting frustrating, I want to go after these people, especially because they keep leaving my social security number on the message which is also illegal!

They caller and said i had a payday loan that i never pay.Threatened with jail and to tack me to court if i dont pay 764.00.And wounld have put against my social Secuity.they had sent fax that i pay this amount.I used payday put i all pay them back.

They have called me three times in the past two days. Yesterday I answered the phone and nobody was there. Today they called me twice. I did not answer the phone either time. I am on the do-not-call list.

These people try to collect a debt by finding relatives and pressure them. There must be protection against these people. Is there protection against these predators if you are on the "do not call list".
